📚Review: Bad (Bad Series #1) by LP Lovell & Stevie J. Cole

Bad by LP Lovell & Stevie J. Cole
Series: Bad. Dirty. Power. #1
Genre: Romantic Suspense
Release Date: November 7, 2017

This has got to be one of the best, most intriguing “captive” romances I have ever read. I’ve read the ones with the virginal, innocent heroines; the heroines that try to change or save the villain…but none of them can hold a candle to Camilla. With Bad, you’re not just getting a bad guy, you’re getting so much more. There are times you can’t quite decide who is more villainous…Camilla or Ronan.

Then there’s Ronan. He’s downright evil, and appears to not have not a single good bone about him but he is so smooth and calm he makes is almost seem diplomatic. I don’t know how to explain it. The man could be as violent as any bad man I’ve read, but all without getting dirty. He’s so calculating that he controls everything and everyone without them even knowing it unless he wants them to.

This book totally sucked me in and kept me engrossed with every word. The sexual tension was completely off-the-charts and had me completely enthralled. Hands down this was an amazing read and I cannot not wait until January to find out where it all goes from here.

FAVORITE QUOTES:
I’ve seen bad men, but this one…he’s really bad. And I know instantly that I’m fucked.
Her soul is dark, and such a contradiction to her beautiful exterior. Alluring and deadly, such a lethal combination.

I crave this toxic depravity. He’s my downfall and I want him.

Camilla has added a certain level of…entertainment to my life. She makes me angry, she reduces me to the most primitive of wants, but in the end, I control her and that is immeasurably satisfying.
