I have been waiting for Julian and Kendall’s story since the beginning. This made me so happy!!!
I have wanted this book since meeting Julian and Kendall in the first book of the Billionaire Bad Boys series. There was just something about them that stood out for me. They were both troubled amd made plenty of mistakes that ended up hurting people they cared about, but I knew deep down there was so much more to them and why they were the way they were at the time. The more appearances they made in the following books, the more I could see that their story wasn’t over. I could feel that longing from them both.
I knew, I just KNEW they were bound to get their happy ending and as Kade, Lucas and Derek each got theirs, I prayed and hoped that I would get to see Julian get his. I wanted him to find his redemption and get that peace he so wanted. And sweet Kendall. She deserved so much after having struggled for most of her life. She was bound to land on both feet and find her path in life. I can’t even tell you how happy I was to see them find their way back to each other and rekindle the feelings that were underneath all that turmoil and pain that was left in the wake of their first go around. They both showed so much growth and it was evident they were ready to start over and be the person the other needed them to be. The support, forgiveness and understanding they gave to one another was just beautiful.
Going in Deep gave me the ultimate closure.
Apparently it had taken one brown-haried, blue-eyed vixen to get under his skin, make him look in the mirror and come to terms with the man he’d become.
“We all make mistakes,” she insisted, her pretty blue eyes begging him to believe.
“We all make choices,” he immediately correcter her.
She inclined her head. “Whatever you want to call them, we’re still entitled to forgiveness.”
“I didn’t think we’d be back together like this,” he said in a gruff voice. One that held a hint of gratitude, too.
“Me, either.” She sunk her hands into his hair at last.
“I won’t take it for granted.”
“Maybe it’s Karma reaching out to bite me in the ass,” Julian muttered. “I used her, hurt her, and now that I can’t live without her, I might have to.
